Vitamin C (also known as L-ascorbic acid) is an effective, multifunctional antioxidant. It targets visibly uneven skin tone, dullness, and signs of aging. This formula contains a concentration of 23% L-ascorbic acid powder in a water- and silicone-free solution. With this form, a strong but non-irritating tingling sensation is expected upon application during the first 1-2 weeks of use, until the skin's tolerance to such high exposure has increased.
