This anhydrous solution contains 1% retinol, a well-studied ingredient aimed at reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and texture irregularities. Although retinol has been extensively researched, it can be irritating to the skin of new users and requires building up skin tolerance. Therefore, we generally recommend the use of Granactive Retinoid 2% or Granactive Retinoid 5% for new users. Due to the presence of squalane, this formula also offers hydrating benefits.
