Issey Miyake has always sought inspiration in creative encounters.
L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Eau de parfum is the result of a new encounter between Issey Miyake Parfums and Alexis Rosenfeld, founder of the ocean exploration project 1Ocean. Project 1Ocean is an underwater exploration project founded by photographer Alexis Rosenfeld in collaboration with UNESCO. The goal is to explore and document the ocean to raise awareness about the richness and conservation of the ocean's biodiversity.
The subsequent meeting inspired perfumer Sophie Labbé to create this intense new fragrance, which is a tribute to the shimmering and mysterious waters of the ocean.
Spicy top notes of Szechuan pepper lend texture and intensity to the signature aquatic notes of L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme. As the fragrance develops, the bold complexity of fir balsam blends with the woody depth of cedarwood in the base, creating a modern masculine scent trail.
L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Eau de parfum is vegan-certified and consists of 92% ingredients of natural origin.
