When I embarked on a journey through the olfactory universe of the hesperide fragrance family, I was quickly captivated by the rich, amazing world of citrus fruits. The finger lime, Buddha's hand, and Eureka lemon are just a few examples of the many original citrus fruits that surprised me. But the dried lime, also known as limu omani or black lime, forms the highlight of my exploration with its smoky, pure taste.
