CL302 Equalizer Technology tackles dark spots in two ways: helps visibly reduce them with the CL302 Complex and prevents future spots with the Interrupter Complex.
CL302 Complex: helps visibly reduce pigmentation spots and discoloration. It contains the following:
- UP302 (dimethoxytolyl propylresorcinol): A targeted brightening molecule inspired by Dianella ensifolia, a botanical agent known in Traditional Chinese Medicine for its antioxidant properties.
- Ascorbyl glucoside: Helps reduce discoloration.
- Glucosamine: Helps weaken the bonds that hold dead skin cells together, so that superficial discoloration is exfoliated for brighter, more even-looking skin.
- Yeast extract: Clinique's "cluster buster" helps break up (exfoliate) large clusters of excess pigment (dark spots) so that they are less visible.
